Tundra Homes, Inc. located in Cape Coral specializes in small commercial projects, such as commercial build outs, custom homes and remodels. David Gydosh and his daughter, Heidi Beverley are the owners of Tundra Homes. David and Heidi are both Florida certified building contractors. David has over 31 years experience in construction and has been building in Cape Coral since 1988. Heidi has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Florida and holds a Florida real estate license.
As a small family business, we have the ability to work directly with you and can customize our building process to your needs. We offer fixed priced contracts and cost plus contracts. We handle everything for you, from plan design and permitting, to ‘turn key’ completion. All of the subcontractors we work with are local companies and fully licensed and insured. We have developed long-standing relationships with many of our sub-contractors. This allows us to achieve outstanding detail and consistent quality of construction. We personally supervise every job and keep in contact with you on a regular basis. We email pictures of job site progress to our clients on a weekly basis. Most of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals. We would be glad to give you a list of references. Everyone in our office is professional and friendly and most important, easily accessible to you.
