Meet Our Team:
David Gydosh President
Originally from Pennsylvania, David has been working his entire life in construction. David and his wife, Bonnie, moved to Cape Coral in 1977. In 1988 he started his own company DQS (Dave’s Quality Services) a finish trim carpentry company. In addition to doing trim carpentry work, David started building homes and doing remodeling work. David quickly established himself as an honest hardworking contractor. In 2001 in order to better serve his clients, he and his daughter Heidi, created Tundra Homes to handle all remodeling & new construction work, while DQS continues to offer finish trim carpentry. Despite being in the construction industry for over 30 years, he has never lost his passion for building and finds it truly rewarding to have a family business, working with his wife, Bonnie and two daughters, Heidi and Brittany.
Heidi Beverley Vice President
After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance in 2000, Heidi began working with her father. Heidi is a Florida certified building contractor and Florida real estate agent. She serves as Project Coordinator on all of Tundra Home’s jobs. She acts as a liaison between buyer, builder, and subcontractors. Heidi works hand in hand with clients to make sure they get the desired finish products they want. She puts the interest of all clients first and is always easy to reach should they need to make any changes or have questions or concerns.
Brittany Gydosh Marketing Agent
Brittany has a degree in Graphic Design. She is responsible for all marketing strategies, including advertising, promotion, and Internet-based marketing. Before working with her father she worked for a local well known marketing company. Brittany is outgoing and extremely personable and enjoys representing Tundra Homes at all local community and chamber events.
Raquel Fontova Office Manager
Raquel handles a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities crucial to our day to day operations. She also operates the front reception area and helps our clients feel warm and welcome by maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. Raquel is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English fluently. We are proud to have her as part of our family and team!
Daniel Videen Supervisor
Dan brings 17 years of construction supervision expertise in keeping projects on time and within budget while managing quality control. Dan is known for his attention to details, straightforward honest approach, and his strong work ethic. He works extremely well with subcontractors, as well as home owners, making him a valuable asset to our team.
